This is by FAR the best doctor I have. I have read some poor reviews and it's obvious you probably didn't need his genius and superior medical surgical skills. He has corrected my double vision and is now treating my glaucoma. I will NEVER let another Neuro opthalmologist work on my eyes. He is the BEST.
I was in the medical field for 7 years before I became disabled. I've dealt with all types of doctors, nice ones, rude ones, mean ones, blunt ones, quiet ones, no conversation ones, very outgoing ones. Dr. McHenry bedside manner is not my concern, I don't need to be emotionally attached to my doctor. This Man kept me from going blind. I did optic sheath fenestration on both of my eyes, and I can see. He's a talented doctor and very skilled. I thank Jesus for his craft, and knowledge, and his mind and most of all his hands. One mistake during my surgery I could have been blind. If you don't ask him questions, he wont give you answers, but he will give you the correct and right treatment. I'm not afraid of him, and he's answered every question Ive ever asked, but I asked when he's done examining me. If your looking for a doctor to rock you like a baby when they come in door, or smiles and conversation you will be disappointed. If you want the correct treatment and care, you will be totally satisfied.
