My 2015 Crysler 200 needed some major repairs. I shopped around for a repair shop that was reasonable and fair on their cost estimate. I found Lalo's Auto Services. I spoke with Lalo and he was very thorough in his explanation of the repairs, parts needed and the time factor in doing the repairs. I can truly say that he is man of his word. He went above and beyond the commitment he made to me. The car has been running perfectly and I am very satisfied with the work Lalo did.

Got the wrong order, wrong drinks, no straws, nor napkins, I couldn't even imagine the service I had here. But staff was polite and did apologize, even after apolgizing the order was still wrong. But God knows how stressful their job was that day, im only being honest no hate, food was great though

Depends on the staff on shift to be honest, some make the experience fire, others almost make ya never go again
