  Dr Shaffer is excellent and a rare breed of doctor. She is helping me with a complicated and serious health issue and is going above and beyond. Her office is like home and she spends a good amount of time with you during your visit. I can’t say enough and highly recommend her.

  Where one is treated with care like family versus a number in line, I can't say enough about Dr. Shaffer and her staff and how they have made "going to the doctor" a positive and healing experience!

  Dr. Shaffer and Full Spectrum Health Center has completely transformed my experience of health care. I have been a patient there for the past 7 years; and I constantly recommend Full Spectrum Health to friends and colleagues. Dr. Shaffer is accessible and responsive. She makes time for her patients, spends quality time with them during appointments, and follows up on the phone. She thinks about health care holistically, so her focus is on fostering healthy living rather than quick turnover urgent care. The office experience is highly personalized; the office staff know people on a first name basis and follow up with issues related to prescriptions, insurance, or billing. The office feels like home. It is a very welcoming place and an extension of Dr. Shaffer's individualized focus on her clients. This is what modern health care should be like.
