  I went into the emergency room around midnight on a Friday night. There was no wait time and I was seem immediately after signing in. The doxtor saw me within the first 10 minutes of me entering the room. I had a very good experience. Everyone was nice, the facility was clean, and the service was quick.

  The staff are ALL very nice and helpful! I've never experienced such great caring service as I did when I visited with my daughter.

  Normally I go to base ER but since I cut my thumb very badly I went to this Baptist location since it was close. Service there was warp speed compared to base and service was super professional. Hope I never have to go to er but if I do than this is where I will go.

  I went to Baptist Oakleaf on Friday May 22, 2020 around 5pm.
  
  The registration ladies were very inviting, efficient, and I was promptly taken to treatment area.
  
  The RN was very professional and attentive.
  
  The sonographer is great and funny, the ct scan guy was professional and attentive. They all worked together as a team and I felt special in their care. I hope this type of care continues as this ED grows. I recently had a very disappointing experience at St.Vincents Clay county Emergency department.
  
  Dr.Berry is the best I wish that she coluld be my physician for all of my medical issues. She listens and is not condescending. I felt secure in her care.
