  We stayed at the Crown Jewel recently and cannot say enough about the property (it’s one of a kind). If you’re looking for a rental where you don't need to leave, this is the one for you! However, I’d strongly recommend visiting a local or restaurant or two. Friendly folks and delicious food. Crown Jewel was just completed this past spring and with all new construction, there are tweaks that come up. Sandbridge Blue was very timely and responsive to our requests. Will definitely be back!

  We recently returned from a week long stay during the first week of June 2018 at the Jim-N-I-Dream, and we were blown away as first time Sandbridge Beach vacationers. Our family consisted of 9 adults and 13 children (ranging from 10 mo. to 13 y), and we loved how the house accommodated all of us so well! With so many kids, we appreciated the redundancy of all of the high end appliances (2 washer/dryers, fridges, ovens, dishwashers, etc). The views from all floors and decks were invigorating; especially from the third floor living room where one could see the North Bay and Atlantic Ocean simply with a turn of the head.
  The first thing I noticed upon arrival was how great it felt in the house. The AC was consistent throughout and never skipped a beat. We were pleasantly surprised by the deck furniture ("Dolphin Watchers", Adirondack, and lounge chairs) on all decks and around the pool/bar. In fact, the material the deck and beach chairs were comprised of was so nice, we never had to worry about splinters of any kind from any member of our party, which meant so much! The "smart" sound system that offered outdoor sound to the decks and pool area was a huge hit. It kept us going as we wore ourselves down during the week. We were even getting house wifi at the beach which was above and beyond. There was a grill near the pool as well as on the third floor, just off the kitchen. While it was only used one time, we cooked enough burgers and hot dogs to feed us that night and for lunch the rest of the week.
  The weather beat expectations for the first week of June, as it rained only on our first evening just as we returned with take out pizza for dinner from Sandbridge Island Restaurant, and then off and on the next day. Our last full Friday temperature beat forecasts by over 9 degrees with all the sun we could ask for.
  We chose Sandbridge Blue after initially reserving with another local rental company. What led us to try Sandbridge Blue was exactly what they advertise, no hidden or surprise fees.
