Called Tim on Thanksgiving night after we had just discovered we had zero water pressure thinking we'd be lucky to get him to come by tomorrow to figure out what was wrong. Well he just happened to be "near by" & stopped by within 30 minutes. It turned out to be something very simply to fix but the fact he was willing to stop by on Thanksgiving says it all.
