  I had not been to the chiropractor in years and was urged to go after experiencing some lower back pain and leg numbness. I’ve experienced some back discomfort for years and slight pain but I thought maybe I was getting too heavy in the kitchen, but when I experienced numbness for the first time my antennas went off. I was pretty scared. I began my journey to find a chiropractor based on reviews and location. I found Dr.Casey at the ChiroRehab (Dallas NW Hwy). I can say the initial visit wasn’t as bad as my anxiety was...he was very direct with his approach but also very compassionate. He engaged me to understand what I was dealing with and the therapy that is needed. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. They worked with my budget so I can get the therapy I need so desperately right now. My journey is pretty new but, I already feel some relief in my back and my entire body. I had not realized how tight and tense my bones are. Im dedicated to this journey and excited to see my results over the next 12 weeks. I’ll keep you guys posted!

  Amazing staff!! Dr. Lanier has truly been a blessing! My dad has suffered for three years with severe back pain form surgery and a car accident and this place has truly given us hope. I have seen a tremendous improvement in my dad and he is even walking without a cane or walker which he has been on for three years! I am so excited to see my dad progress through this journey and I am so thankful I found this place!

  Dr. Casey Lanier is INCREDIBLE! Last night is the first night I have been able to sleep through the night all year! Not only is he incredible, he is extremely compassionate. You can’t fake compassion- he is truly a great man and CARES about you. I have just started my adjustments and I am amazed at the results I have had so far. The staff is wonderful, too. No rudeness in this office for sure. I am so glad I found this clinic- I truly have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Lanier and the staff!

  Dr. Casey & staff are the best! They are very welcoming and cool people. They make you feel like family. My back has improved a lot in only 2 weeks, coming here was the best decision ever!

  This place is nothing short of amazing ! Dr Lanier has done an exceptional job getting my neck and back on track. I have been going for 5 weeks now with 3 weeks left to go. My treatments have worked really really well so far. Dr. Lanier has been very thorough with me through this whole process. The staff is ALWAYS welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend this place for all your chiropractic needs. You guys rock!!!! Keep up the good work !!! THANK YOU ??
