I would recommend her 100 percent. She listens to you and treats you like a person . At first I was apprehensive about therapy after dealing with different mental health professionals at the VA but she is easy to talk to very welcoming not judgmental and gives constructive feedback that you can implement in your daily life.

She was not only very helpful she was very professional and understanding its always very hard to speak to a stranger about ones problems but she makes it very easy and I had no problem opening up to her i highly recommend her
