  I highly recommend ProClinix Pleasantville. Having been to other physical therapy places in the past, ProClinix was a breath of fresh air. Their Covid protocols and standards are A-1, as well as the facility being spotless. All the personnel are kind and welcoming, from the receptionist when you walk through the door to the physical therapists and assistants. My personal therapist, Sandy Gomes, was fabulous. Sandy was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She never pushed my limits or made light of my pain. Sandy was an upbeat, positive and nice person as well. She always made me feel great about even the most tiny progress! In the weeks I’ve been going to ProClinix my ankle injury has greatly improved. If you need physical therapy this is the place to go.

  This is the second time I have come to ProClinix to recover from old injuries that have come back to cause a great deal of pain. Sandra and Rosie were a tremendous help with my first time at ProClinix. I was so pleased with the help I received the first time I was there, that I requested them again when I needed help with a physical therapy program due to another injury. They provide a wonderful caring and professional atmosphere. I am fortunate to have had such knowledgeable and compassionate therapists to help me fully recover from my injuries.

  So happy I was recommended to this facility. The staff is friendly and space is CLEAN! It gives you a peace of mind. Would highly recommend to anyone!

  The entire experience at ProClinix has been nothing short of phenomenal. From the office staff to the doctors and clinicians. I can’t say enough good things about the entire team. My growth and progress is due to their attention to detail and monitoring. PT with Tyler is so informative, productive, and enjoyable. Acupuncture with Andrea is great. She is attentive and thorough. I can’t ask for anything more.

  I cannot recommend a better place for physical therapy! The office staff are very friendly and accommodating. I was able to start my first visit as a new patient only a few days after I first called the office. As I improved and was able to go back to work, I needed to make frequent changes to my appointments and I was always able to reschedule for a day and time that worked best for me. My therapist Tyler was fantastic - and so were his assistants! I felt at ease right away with my first visit - we discussed my injury, my previous level of fitness/activity, and made a plan for my recovery. I always got a good workout in, he pushed me to work hard but understood my limitations and made adjustments as needed. He would always start our sessions by asking how I felt after my last session and assessed how I was feeling at the beginning of that day’s session in order to plan the best workout to strengthen my knee but also not overwork it. Throughout our sessions I probably asked him a million questions - from how long he thought my recovery would take, to what type of shoes I should wear, to when I would be able to run or hike again, and to what I should be doing outside of therapy to keep improving - and he was always patient with me and gave me the answers and reassurance I needed. He would also ask questions like what type of activity I did in between sessions to assess if those activities caused any pain and aggravated my injury and would advise me on what to do/what not to do in order to protect myself. I highly recommend Tyler and all of the staff at ProClinix - they were an enormous help in my recovery and I’m so glad to have had the chance to work with them! 😊
