  I have been training with Lisa at Burn for the last 2 months and I am beyond pleased with my progress thus far. Lisa is incredibly knowledgable, encouraging, funny, and kind. I’ve always been self-conscious about my lack of weight lifting knowledge and general awkwardness when I exercise, but Lisa makes me feel comfortable and capable of achieving anything I set my mind to. My experience at Burn has been transformative and has crossed over into all aspects of my life. I’m more motivated, more energetic, and more comfortable in my own skin. I look forward to my workouts twice a week and have already seen an improvement in my strength and overall body composition. The gym itself is clean and has all the equipment you’ll need for a great workout. Plus, Lisa cleans every piece of equipment immediately after use, which gives me a little extra peace of mind during the pandemic. I can’t recommend Burn enough!

  Love Burn!! So knowledgeable! Love working out in a small gym. Lisa has helped me to strengthen and tone my body. I’ve had greater progress with her during our two weekly sessions than ever before. Everything she has me do seems very intentional and effective. She clearly understands how to sculpt a body!!

  Even online they share a wealth of knowledge. They will forget more than I will ever learn. I mean look at their bodies! Thr proof is in the pudding.

  Purchased an online meal and exercise plan from Lisa. Very knowledgeable about nutrition and exercise. If you follow Lisa or Jeff on FB, they also offer free tips and advice.
