  My husband was involved in an accident and we were concerned about what the outcome would be. Even though my husband had spoken to the insurance adjuster about the claim, I called Rosalie's office to ask a few more questions about what to expect and what the time frame would be for the adjuster's decision on the claim. I called a few minutes after closing and her assistant answered the phone and spent as much time as I needed patiently answering my questions and offering suggestions for how to proceed in dealing with the claim. He was kind and never made me feel like my concerns were a burden. We have found the same to be true when we speak to Rosalie and have had a very good experience with her as an agent.
