  Staff was friendly and competent. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. So glad they are open. I can only imagine how long I sould have been in the ER

  My Wife and I want to thank Dr. Chen and the friendly, compassionate, and professional staff at Urgent Care- LLU Health Faculty Medical Clinics. On Wednesday 01/22/20 at approximately 6:23 PM we went to the clinic and the Staff spent the time needed to diagnosis our symptoms and determined we both had the flu and immediately started us on treatment that started us on the road to recovery. You truly are doing our Lord's work by being His Eyes, Hands, and Feet. God's continued Blessings and Protection as you are our first line of defense during the flu season and beyond!

  The staff could not have been nicer. The admitting clerk was so quick in getting my paperwork completed. I sat down to text my wife; but, the RN called me back before I could get that communication completed. The RN took my vitals and the doctor was in the treatment room before I could get another text out. The amazing thing was that I was able to have all this done - including a lab test - in less than 30 minutes from check in to walking out with my discharge papers. Everyone was so efficient, courteous (friendly) and helpful.
