  My experience so far has been great. While I’ve not moved in yet, Kyla has been absolutely amazing and helpful in every single aspect of leasing. She has answered all of my questions and even showed me 5 different apartments to make sure that I loved the right one. She is the perfect example of superb professionalism and excellent customer service. Hopefully my living experience is similar to my initial experience, which I assume it will be as first impressions are most important.

  The Tobin Estates are located in a excellent part of town close to wonderful restaurants, entertainment, shopping and travel. The staff there is very knowledgeable and professional and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and at home. The different style apartments gave me a nice choice as to what would make my ideal home.

  Even though this place is still under construction you can tell it will be a gem. The layouts of the apartments are pretty awesome and spacious. The office staff is nothing short of amazing and made me feel like a part of their family.

  The management team is great here, they are extremely nice and helpful. The apartments have great layouts and the grounds are beautiful with lots of trees. Although the amenities are not built yet, you can tell they are going to be amazing!

  I moved in just a few weeks ago and my experience has been great so far. The location is really ideal because it’s tucked away next to a quiet neighborhood, but is just a short drive away from good food and entertainment. Also, the staff is very friendly and helpful, which has been a rarity in my past experiences.
