I will NEVER-EVER experience "Customer-Service" quite like this again, for that I am certain...
Because not only did I FIND the car parts that I couldn't even find at the competitors' stores(AutoZone, O'Reilly's, Advance, Penny-Pinchers); They had the parts that my Nearest NAPA didn't even have.

I recently needed to purchase some parts for my GMC truck. When I got to this Napa store I talked with Alonso and he was very knowledgeable professional and he quickly found the parts that I needed. It's very refreshing to find a auto parts store with a knowledgeable courteous person that has very good customer service skills.
