Once I was refered on Tuesday, my appointment was scheduled for that Friday. The online pre-registration process was convenient and easy. The on-site Covid testing and check out was easy and the staff performing it was very nice and helpful. When I got to my appointment in the ofgice the whole staff seemed very friendly, helpful and I think everyone I passed in the hallway greeted or spoke to me. Every step of the way I felt confident that I was in the right office. My visit with Dr. Ron reinforced my confidence, he was able to explain my diagnosis in a way that was easy for me to understand, as well as set my mind at ease with his treatment plan. He answered all my questions and made me feel like I would be in great hands.
