Great gym, that is owned by a awesome family. Get your workout in 30 minutes and get on with your day. No other workout gets my heart rate up like this does. I love that nothing else matters in the world when you are punching the bag, its just you and your breath.
Definitely recommend trying for anyone who is too busy for traditional gyms.

When I did my first workout, I was given sooo much positive energy and motivation. 9 Round in Roseville is definitely the place to go if you want to get fit. They speak positivity and give you affirmations that will help you reach your fitness goals! I give you guys 10 stars if I could!

9Round has been my saving grace with keeping me mentally sane. It’s a quick 30 minute workout involving 9 stations so the time flys by. I can already notice my body being stronger and gaining muscle after a short few weeks. The trainers are very motivating as well and they help guide you to use proper form.

I never had an interest in boxing or kickboxing but since joining 9Round, I find it invigorating!! I love it. It's a great workout and the trainers are all so nice and provide excellent coaching. I love the 1:1 to be able to push me harder and coach me on my technique.

9Round Roseville is the absolute best! I have been going since it opened. The staff is incredible and the workouts are the best. It is the only gym that allows me to get a guided workout whenever works for me and in a short amount of time. I leave feeling great and looking forward to my next workout every time!
