Mr. Smith, his daughter Chevala Painter, Mrs. Harris, Larry Copeland, and those we didn't personally meet, gave fabulous service to my family and me. They prepared my mother's body in a loving and caring fashion. The image I had of her immediately after her passing was not pretty. But the image of her I received at the family viewing has helped me in my healing and grieving process. My mother had pre-planned her funeral and OH Smith honored their contract with her... no problems! No wonder she and my other relatives have patronized OH Smith for over a decade!! O. H. SMITH, YOU ROCK!!! Thank you again and again for your dedicated and superb service at the time of our loss!
My family has entrusted all of our deceased family members to this funeral home. Everyone is always very professional and kind. My mother passed recently and when my sister and I went to discuss the arrangements, I had my twin 6 year old grandsons with me. The staff was very accommodating and made me feel at ease. I didnt have to worry about them in the front lobby. The Smith family is awesome to work with. They are quick and efficient. Thank you for taking great care of my mother.
