  My experience here was amazing!! From the moment I walked in, Niki was so kind and prompt with my check in and getting me situated. Stephanie and Julie were both amazing and took such great care of me. Even the manager (Daniel? ) came over and greeted me. I was in and out so quickly but everyone was extremely thorough. I would highly recommend this urgent care!

  Staff were super friendly and helped me check in and out in a timely manner. The office was clean and I observed the staff constantly wiping down chairs and high touch areas to make sure the environment was safe. In and out for a test within 30 mins. Julie answered any questions i had and was very helpful. I can not stress how easy it was to be seen and felt safe in this current time. Highly recommend.

  The doctor and staff at this facility are great. I came in under some pretty odd circumstances, but they remained cool, calm and collected. Made me feel like I was in good hands and had me fixed up pretty quickly.
  
  Never thought I’d rate a urgent care visit 5 stars. This is definitely worth the review though!

  First time going to an urgent care center. Wont go to another place but AFC URGENT CARE SOUTH CHARLOTTE. The front staff was fast and courteous, and the medical staff was on top of it. I had Dr. Ho was an impressive doctor and made quick work out of getting my arm stapled up. Arrived at 6:40 and left by 7:45 including paperwork part from being a new patient. Thanks to everyone at this location.

  Excellent facility and great care from beginning to end. Every staff member was friendly and helpful from intake to exit l. My visit with Dr Ho was wonderful. He is congenial and professional, took time to carefully explain everything to me. He answered all my questions and I left the visit much better informed about my condition. I highly recommend this location.
