Bill was on time, professional and explained the process for catching the nuisance animal. He came back to check the traps daily. I would recommend Bill to others if you have any nuisance animals that need to be trapped. He was very thorough.

I highly recommend Rid'Um for any kind of residential wildlife control concerns. The owner, Bill Lorenzen, was prompt, courteous, and effective at his job, sometimes stopping by twice a day to check the traps he set.
I had a raccoon problem in my attic. I called Bill and he was able to come out the same day and set traps. He was very responsive and professional to deal with. I ended up with 8 raccoons being removed over the period of time the traps were set and he promptly removed them and would rebate when needed. I will call him again if I have any other raccoon issues and would recommend him to others.
