Very nice staff ! People on here say Dr Fera is rude but I see him as just quiet and rushed. Most of the time im there they fit me in last minute. I hate dentists, the whole industry....all of it. But ive been going there for some time now and im very happy. I have some rough teeth and Dr Fera has worked some real miracles.
I have been going to Dr. Jos. A. Fera for many years now, and I have NEVER had any problems with him or his work. He and his staff are personable, professional and accomodating; and I won't hesitate to recommend him to people. I do not understand the complaints against Dr. Fera, and I hope that you will not let these negative comments and ratings influence your decision to give Dr. Fera a try. Some of these comments sound like they're made by thin-skinned snowflakes, for goodness sakes! (He was RUDE? Really???) That said, I refuse to go anywhere else for my dental needs. If I could give a 10 star rating, I would!
I've been pleased with the Dentist and staff. On one occasion I had a tooth emergency and they did a great job to get me in and tooth taken care of.
