  I have been so impressed with Mary Ann as well as this program. I have many health issues that she has worked around and adapted to. She has offered continued quality instruction and guidance. Concentrating on increasing my protein intake as well as stretching and strengthening exercises, I have seen improved energy levels, lower blood pressure and weight loss. I am so happy to have been introduced to this program from a friend, and the 100% health insurance coverage is a huge bonus.

  Nurse Mary has a holistic approach to weight loss, including reviewing my labs, psychological state and physical limitations. After 6 weeks I have lost 20 lbs, and improved blood pressure. What I like best is I can choose the kinds of food I like, with a focus on optimizing protein, sodium and calories. I do not feel deprived. Exercise and stretching is helping joint and back pain. Highly recommend her and Cardinal Elements.
