My experience with City ATV in Lubbock was very good. The frank conversations I had with Shawn and his father were welcomed, They didn't BS me but gave me the straight scoop on what I could expect from each of the ATV's I was considering for purchase. It's possible some of the other reviewers interpreted their honest direct approach as rude. I didn't. I would rather deal with someone who is straight with me.
There was a mix-up in my deal that was an honest error and it was corrected very quickly once we agreed on how to correct the situation.
I purchased a 2017 Honda Pioneer 700 in January 2020 which has proven to be a very good purchase for me. The SxS UTV has performed very well and has been better than advertised.
Other dealerships I looked at in the Panhandle of Texas were selling worn out junk for the same price. The ATVs in stock at City ATV were clean and in very good shape, generally low mileage/hours for the asking price. Shawn told me they go through each one to make sure they are serviced and in good working order before they go into inventory and the ones I looked over and test drove reflected that.
I would recommend City ATV in Lubbock to my family and friends.
Sean is great!!! I bought a used Polaris Ranger off him at a great price. When I took it out for the first time I had a little issue (not his fault, just a fluke.) I call him the next day, and he fixed the machine and made it right at no charge to me. He is easy to deal with and seems like a straight shooter!!! I prefer to keep as much of money as I can local, and this a great family owned place!! I definitely recommend these guys!!

If you are looking for a good used atv or UTV that want break the bank, this is the place to go. I purchased a Ranger at half the price of a new one, but looked like a new one, when you walk in the place you wil think they are all new, that is how nice they are. Shawn was very helpful at helping me find the right one, and the plus is they service after the sale when you need it. Will be a customer in the future

I had several friends and family recommend City Auto ATV. I shopped around and this was a great experience. Picked up 4-wheeler and the mechanic hot rodded the bike around like he was at the races. I won't be back. I will take all my ATVs to BJ ATV in Plainview.
