Great buying experience! Marlin was very helpful from the first contact and he even opened his dealership on a Sunday morning to let my family and I test drive a few vehicles. We couldn't pass up the great deal on this 2019 Ford Flex! No pressure to buy. We will look to see what he has in the future when we're in the market for another vehicle. Thank you!

I recently bought a GMC 3500 and it needed a new rear seal. Marlin said he would stand behind it. I had it fixed at another mechanic and shared the receipt with Marlin. I had done this on my own and did not expect Marlin to do anything as he did not do the work. When I presented the receipt to Marlin he reimbursed me for half! I was very pleased as he stood behind the vehicle. Thanks Marlin!

Marlin at 1st Rate Auto is phenomenal! He is honest, knowledgeable and an all around stand up guy! We purchased a truck (and a third party warranty) from him approximately one month ago. When we purchased the truck and warranty Marlin told us to call if we had any questions/needed anything. A couple days ago the truck ended up in the shop because the alternator wasn't holding a charge. I called Marlin for help and after confirming the warranty did NOT cover the alternator issue as it was deemed 'wear and tear," Marlin took it upon himself to cover the additional costs because of how recently we had purchased the truck. Without hesitation Marlin asked me for the repair shops info and called them directly to paid the remaining balance not covered by the warranty. This is a third party warranty he does NOT have to honor and the truck was purchased AS-IS, despite this Marlin went above and beyond and paid for this repair out of his own pocket! I cannot say enough about how great it has been to work with Marlin! I will recommend him to anyone I know looking for a new vehicle!

The first stop when I'm looking for our next vehicle. The prices are incredible as well as the service. I stopped in one morning, needing a car soon. I took a look around, found something I liked and left that morning with a car I love. Marlin takes care of his customers with NO pressure!
