(November 4, 2020, 6:03 pm)I had a great experience at this location. Tim was helpful and knowledgeable, quickly helped me choose a dishwasher, and arranged delivery . My dishwasher was delivered and professionally installed as scheduled. When it failed to work a few days later, Tim delivered and installed a new replacement. Much appreciated! I will definitely go to Sears Hometown Store for any future appliance needs.

This was by far the best service experience I have encountered in a very long time. Amanda was very knowledgeable in the Appliances that were available. And she put me at ease while helping me pick out the color and style that would best suit my home. I like that she was not pushy like most sales manager. Which in past has kept me from visiting stores like this. She also respected me and the public enough to make sure she had on a mask. Which I was so happy. Because unbeknownst to her I have a compromised immune system.
So again, Thank you Amanda for everything.
