Lisete, who works at this location is truly the reason why we rent from here. There are closer ones to our home. I work in the customer service industry (sales) and Lisete truly is a 10/10 when it comes to a friendly smile and customer service. She keeps this location in excellent condition. Cleanest storage unit facility out of the 3 I've used in the past.

So far so good! When my initial unit reservation turned out to be not the right size, it was no problem at all to change to another unit. Staff have been friendly and helpful, facility is clean and well lit- what more is needed in a storage facility?

Lisette the manager of the Lauzon location was fantastic! She helped ease our stress with our big move from France, making sure that our items arriving by boat would have storage available ready and on time. She was wonderful and I highly recommend giving her a call!

Thank goodness for Debbie in Jefferson City, Missouri. I’m a senior (80) and she had the patience of all the angels recently when I had troubles first with my checking account and when that was fixed, my phone went nuts. She is always friendly and so kind. Thanks StorageMart for wonderful helpful employees.

Great customer service, very easy to book and cancel when I was ready to leave. Unit was clean and I had no problems with it. Size was perfect, as you can tell! Dollys available on site for loving my items to the unit. Great experience and would use them again.
