had an awful experience at the Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge location DO NOT GO THERE!!! I went to the Ram Truck Center talked to Chucky and Rob and they got the job done! No BS just good honest business transactions! Thanks Chucky and Rob you will always have my business!!

Took a 2017 Dodge Promaster 1500 in for service that was running rough...Jeff assured us the issue was all going to be covered under the warranty. Decided to upgrade to a 2020 Promaster 2500. Chucky in sales is a rockstar! Anything we needed, he literally ran for us! Nicest guy and best customer service! Shout out also to Robert who assisted in the logistics of the service/trade in/ sale.

This place has such an amazing staff!! My car took a dump and so I came in here thinking that I would get turned away. But thanks to Joshua and his coworkers, they put in the hard work and dedicated quite a few hours working with us. Trying to figure out any way to get us driving away in a new car and that's exactly what they did!!! Through the entire process they were kind, courteous, understanding, and just genuine. 110% recommend checking this place out!!

I showed up to view a car they had on their website. Lee the sales lady was polite, respectful and not pushy at all. We went to look for a few other cars that I saw online, but they ended up getting sold while I was out testdriving the first car, (maybe the web team could be a little faster on updating the inventory?). Honestly the only hold up was my own insurance company.
