I went in a few days ago to get help with transferring information from one phone to another. The man with the really cool tattoos (i never caught his name) was persistent to help even when the phone starting acting slow, holding up the process. Thank you so much!

I went into the Hanberry T-Mobile today to try to get help with a shipping label and returning a phone. Previously we have been in the store two other times for hours.
A new manager named Vinny and coworker named Eric were exceptional. They were both very knowledgeable and helpful. It was nice to see two workers that work so well together. I would highly recommend this T-Mobile store just for these two employees. I was discouraged about the company butMy thoughts have changed now.
