Reliable Glass services the 100+ trucks for the company I work for. They are always friendly and professional when they show up at our business and do a great job. They will also will meet with our employees at their homes if that is more convenient. So when I had to replace the windshield on my personal vehicle, I had no reservations about calling them. They were even one of the 3 companies my auto insurance recommend. This is the second windshield I have had to replace this year and I take it to the Chandler location to have it done because of the sensors that have to be recalibrated. The staff there are just as friendly and professional as those in the field. Couple of the techs even recognized me from my work and gave friendly hello, good to see you.

Deonte Harrington is the tech that repaired a chip in my windshield. Deonte displayed amazing customer service as well as professionalism. He texted me in the morning to give me a time window for the repair which ended up conflicting with my wife’s treatment schedule. I asked if he would be willing to meet me at a different location than the one I previously provided. I assumed he’d tell me that I need to contact the office to reschedule but instead, he told me he’d meet me at new location and take care of it there. It’s great policy to let these techs make calls from the field so kudos to management. He was very professional & friendly. 15 minutes later, the chips were gone! Thanks Deonte!!
