Lexus of Tampa Bay

I am truly a Lexus girl and their service department is the main reason why. They are always eager to do what ever it takes to make my visit well worth my time and I always leave knowing that my car is in tip top condition. My service attendant is always great, very courteous and interested in making sure all of my concerns are addressed. Lexus provides a very comfortable waiting area with several amenities that makes the service department a pleasurable experience.

Great experience. Jeanette was very attentive to our needs and offer great alternatives in concern to the type of car we were looking for. She is not the typical car sales person. It was a pleasant car purchasing experience. Our sales person Eddie was very knowledgeable about the car. He provided a very detailed tutorial showing me each function the model offers. It was the best car operating lesson I've ever had.

The sales manager Dante was polite and calm. He made the negotiation process efficient and smooth without us feeling discomfort. We enjoyed working with his team.

The finance manager Serhat is warm and friendly we feel easy to work with.

Devon in sales and Alex in finance are the best around! Top tier customer service! They’ll work hard for you and make the process as smooth as possible along the way. I drove two hours to take delivery of my IS and wouldn’t change a thing. From the communication, pricing, establishment and the people. If you don’t choose to buy from Lexus of Tampa Bay, you’re doing yourself a disservice! Go see them! :)

This review is for service advisor, Jaclyn P. I have had my Lexus NX200t for five years. Jaclyn has been my advisor for about four years...unfortunately I didn’t meet her until I had owned the car for a year. Jaclyn is the best! Professional, friendly, knowledgeable! Absolutely a pleasure to do business with!! She works long hours, dealing with people and I have never felt that I was a problem or an imposition.
