Suburban Heights Apartments

These apartments are the best ones around UMSL. The management team is professional and fast to address any questions or concerns you have! The apartments themselves are nicely done with a washer/dryer and dishwasher. Not to mention you have free internet with your rent!

I was skeptical moving to the area but after living here for two years, I haven’t encountered any problem. I like that the apartment complex is gated, the buildings are well kept, and outside is mowed frequently. They keep up on in unit maintenance (air filters, checking washer and dryers, etc.) and give you plenty of notice before they arrive. Mike and Xena are so friendly. Maintenance requests are done in a timely manner. Overall, a good place to live.

I have lived here for nearly two years and have loved it!! The management is fantastic, particularly Mike and Xena, and the maintenance people are super responsive and friendly. There is a washer and dryer included, as well as a dishwasher, which is fantastic! My favorite part about living here is how close it is to campus and how easy it is to get there from the complex. It has made my morning commute so much easier. Overall, I love living in this clean and friendly complex - it has been nothing but good to me.

I’m currently living here. The apartment is great! I really enjoy the benefits of the newer flooring they installed and overall cleanliness of the place. There’s plenty of space, And they were generous with the hot water heater for the showers and other water utilities. You’re provided with an all in one washer&dryer for your laundry, The kitchen even comes equipped with a fridge! The whole idea of a gated community is also something I’ve come to appreciate. I feel safe, and the surrounding vicinity is maintained and kept tidy. The neighbors are friendly, the landlord is amazing, and I’m definitely glad I settled here.
