    3 1/2yrs ago I walked in almost 300lbs and virtually unhealthy and not a bit of athleticism in my body. After spending time with some of the greatest coaching staff in Desoto County I got whooped into shape. It that 3 1/2yrs I also took up running and have completed well over 1800-2000 miles in training runs & ultra-marathons.
    Our community is very supportive of each other and there's no place i could ever imagine being or anything I couldn't accomplish without the inspiration and motivation of DCF's community.
    I highly recommend Desoto Crossfit to anyone who is interested in finding a new and improved self with a community who will help you succeed at any level.
    One other selling point for me was, we have a sign on or door that reads, "EGO'S LEFT OUTSIDE".

    Best coaches in all of Desoto county! They really know their stuff! I am in the best shape of my life after attending classes for a year.

    This place is amazing. Learned a lot and the instructors are great and patient to new people wanting to become more active. I had no idea what I was doing and walked out with proper form and a bit more knowledge each time. If I still lived in the area I'd still be going! Miss this gym
