I love this Metro PCS, but the best customer service I have ever had at any Metro is from Rosi. Definitely, have her set you up with new service if you need new.phones. She goes out of her way for you even when she just answers questions!

Just switched my family & I over to Metro and I don’t regret it whatsoever. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Rosi went above and beyond to help me and my sister out. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. She was such a sweetheart & very patient when my sister and I were indecisive and making choices. I highly recommend this location!

I happen to be messing with my iphone and got it all screwed up,,so I stopped by T Mobile in Ruskin,,nice guy by the name of Valdemar /aka Val offered to help,, not only did he get it straightened out,, he actually taught me a few things that I did not know,,,
Just a really good guy, Polite and patient and obviously knows his phones...So thank you for your help,,, Will be back when it’s time to upgrade,,
that’s for sure... b.b...
