    They seemed short staffed bit it was 3-4am when I was there but I wasn't in any hurry. The food was hot and delicious. The guy at the window was incredibly friendly. I enjoyed my experience.

    I placed a late night online order and when I got there they were SLAMMED. Like, the line literally started at 95. I circled around to even be able to get in line. It’s not altogether unusual for them to be busy, but this was more than usual. Like many other businesses they’re short staffed. The wait is annoying but not something that can be helped, at least not at that exact moment, and it’s likely not anyone’s choice anyway.

    I pull around to Lane B when I get the chance and the nicest employee, Reggie, brings out my order. He notices a drink is missing before I do and he asks what it is then immediately goes and gets it. When he came back I’d checked my order and there was one other small thing missing. Again he goes right back inside and gets it.This man made 3 trips, and each time he was so nice and not once did he make me feel rushed, or like I was an inconvenience.

    Even though it had been nearly an hour after I placed my mobile order, my food was fresh and made correctly. I had even had hot, fresh fries.

    Please be courteous to the employees. The long waits aren’t their fault and they’re doing the best they can. And thank you, Reggie, for making my visit. I was a bit annoyed at the long wait, but your attitude truly made me forget mine. A friendly word can go a long way.
