They shared information about The strengths of rugs made in various places So I could choose one that best suited my needs. In addition, they had one of my older rugs cleaned and repaired for a modest price, restoring it to a beautiful home accessory that will last for decades. I highly recommend them for their expertise and variety of in stock rugs.

This review is long overdue, because over several years I have purchased six different rugs from George at Aladdin's Rug Gallery. Not only have my wife and I been extremely happy with our rugs, but the experience of dealing with George has always been enjoyable. He explains the origin, the history, and the process by which they are made. They have hand made rugs and machine made rugs from all over the world. Most are pieces of fine art. When I am in Colorado Spgs I often stop by just to look around. George, always the gentleman, seems glad to see me and happy to show me their newest and most interesting rugs and to share some esoteric bit of rug history or detail. You owe it to yourself to stop in and look around.

Great customer service here! George was enthusiastic and very helpful. I feel like he really cared about me. Even though I changed my mind about my purchase, making the return was easy and guilt free. It's worth dropping in -- you'll find a huge selection, get to see the rugs at different angles, and feel and check the quality. Also -- they've moved from the Chapel Hills Mall to the Promonade Shops so access is extremely easy.

I wanted to write a review of this company because they are fabulous and my experience was not at all what the negative reviews were like. The first time I went in to the store, I was greeted politely and asked if I needed any help. I declined because I was only looking, but the selection was so vast that I knew I was in over my head. With help I was guided to the type of rugs based upon the colors I asked for and found the perfect rug! When I went back to purchase the rug, the person helping me was just as nice and personable and he made it an enjoyable experience. Great store, great rugs and great experience!
