My husband went to this location while I spoke on the phone to the owner. The beautiful spirit not only explained the menu, but was patient as well. Her and my husband, who is an Apostle and a prophet had an amazing conversation and he blessed this location. When he arrived we ate the catfish first and it was the best. Normally I use hot sauce however it was seasoned enough that nothing was necessary. I on the other hand wanted to dig into the oxtails and again not disappointed at all. It wasn't over done, the meat melted off the bone and to finally find a place that doesn't over season food is fabulous. I can say we have found a new establishment to enjoy quality food.

Great atmosphere with a down to earth feeling. Fresh food on a daily basis. Not the kind of place that serves bland tasting food with a catchy name. They actually spend time cooking. This is not your everyday fresh from the pallet of can goods pre cooked food it’s all fresh , coming from Garland just for their oxtails .

Family owned and with great friendly service. Their seafood is fresh and the price more than fair. We've been coming here for months and the quality has never faltered. Fair warning: if you order their "Jumbo" shrimp plate...they are good !

I liked the drink selection. They are made with good flavor and mixed well enough to get what you’re looking for from a daiquiri. Black-Owned which is always great. The receipt came with a scripture at the top of it which was a nice touch. I also ordered the fish which was cool too. I was a bit hungry so I got the 4-piece (lol). I’d come here again. It was my first time and it was enjoyable.
