My company CFK Management has been dealing with the Vanguard Team for nearly 5 years now. We have had numerous clients purchase and sell their investment properties with them. We were moving from the States to Windsor and needed someone to show us a lot of different areas in Windsor to get a sense of different neighborhoods and the houses available. Stephanie went out of her way to show us a bit of everything and really get to know us and what we were looking for.

The Windsor market was so hot we didn't find anything at first. So we went home figuring we'd come back in a month and then the Covid-19 Pandemic happened... We had to do the rest of the search remotely and she found us great options and walked through them and videoed them for us and really helped us find a great home for our family. She went above and beyond looking after the house for us until we were able to complete our move as well, finding a lawn mower and even waiting around for Bell to turn on the internet. We owe her big time for all that!
