Bowden Eye Associates

This was my first time at this location (Yellow Bluff) and was very happy with the service received. There was very little wait time and most of all was impressed with Dr. Griffin. He spent a considerable amount of time going through various tests and then was thorough and detailed explaining my situation. My next appointment will definitely be at this location.

I am a returning customer after getting new job and insurance. I was late for my appointment, Amber called. I was right outside. Thank God, she allowed me to keep my appointment. I had a delightful pre-check up and tests with Tony. Such a great guy to talk to and he explained everything as my exams were taking place. Such a super gent. Then I met Dr. Griffin (who wears great socks). He was so nice and a pleasure knowing I was in good hands. Finally, I wanted to get some new glasses and I met Ms. Hope. She is very honest and supportive in my choosing my new frames. We laughed, talked and by the end of my short time with her, I asked her to become my new best friend. It's been three years and Bowden Eye Associates patient care has not changed even with a new crew. Thank you Bowden Eye Associates for helping me to see you and my world clearly.

My Mom's very first visit as a new patient today was awesome! She was seen at the Yellow Bluff location! And from the minute we entered the office, she was made to feel very comfortable and very well attended to. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and at the same time very professional! She truly loved the experience of meeting all of the front office personnel and her new doctor, Phillip Griffith! Hope, Callie, Amber or Amy were such sweeties! Thanks for making Mom's visit spectacular! And please pardon us if we got anyone's name wrong! You all were great! Looking forward to a very long relationship!

So let me just that I dealt with an eye irritation for about 4 months and was prescribed 4 prescriptions from 3 medical professionals.
