Southern Hospitality Diner

This a is a fantastic gym. Well kept, clean and friendly! Also very accommodating!

I started going here a week ago and so far, it has been great. I paid to have one-on-one training sessions with Brandon, the personal trainer who works here in the afternoons, and he has been great. He provides me with explanations and demonstrations for the workouts he puts together and encourages me to push myself while respecting my limits. He genuinely seems to want to help me have a healthier life and I appreciate the guidance he provides.

As for the gym itself, so far, it has never been overly crowded, with plenty of space and equipment for everyone. The facility is clean and has a good range of equipment. Overall, I would say that I am satisfied with my membership. I would definitely recommend those just starting out on their fitness journey, much like I am, to set up at least a few one-on-one training sessions to help you get started. It does cost a little extra on top of the monthly membership fee, but I believe it is worth the expense, at least at first, to help you get going.

Also, While the gym is open anytime for members, as members are given a key fob that can unlock the door, new members will need to schedule an appointment online so a staff member knows to expect you and can have the door unlocked for you.

Update: it's been a few months and things are still great. So far, I have lost 10 pounds and have increased energy, strength, and stamina. I probably would have lost more weight by now if I ate better, but that is something I'm still working to improve on. I still meet with the personal trainer twice a week and he helps keep me on track. He even gives me helpful tasks or goals for the days that I don't meet with him. He also tries to help me eat better by giving me suggestions and recipes for things I could eat instead, but some habits are hard to change. I eat better than I first started, but it's a work in progress.

Clean facility conveniently located with plenty of parking and comfortable seats for relaxing.

Amazing gym! Amazing staff! These guys have gyms down properly, people here not just employees are super respectful and help you get in and go to work! This spot is worth every dollar every month!

Sothernly hospitable with food good. They claimed to be known for the catfish and I was not disappointed.

Currently not serving breakfast.

My wife & I recently had lunch at The Southern Hospitality Diner & it was excellent. The food was fantastic as well as the service. We will return!

Party of 4...Catfish, country fried steak, turnip greens, white beans, black eyed peas and cabbage were all delicious. Rolls and cornbread piping hot. Cinnamon apples a little too cinnamon tasting, but we'll be back.

Great variety to choose from. They have specials everyday, for the main dish as well as sides. Service has always been quick and polite. Would recommend give them a shot, you won't be disappointed.
