Peak Healthcare at Patapsco Valley

I had an awesome experience at Genesis Patapsco Valley. The DON - Jacqueline was wonderful. Everyone I encountered from admissions to the discharge process was exceptional. The staff were very professional and extremely pleasant. I would certainly recommend this facility. Thanks to the entire staff for a job well done.

I can say that everybody is really nice. The staff is professional, the food is good, and the building is clean. The administrator is an honest and nice guy. He makes sure that the facility is run well and that the resident receive good care. PT team is awesome and they're good people. I would recommend the center to my family and friends.

My father was here for 5 years and received the best care possible. The staff was efficient and courteous to us and really cared about him. Even the janitorial service was excellent! When my dad was transitioning and we decided we didn’t want hospice for him we didn’t need any outside care because we knew they’d do a great job with keeping him comfortable. They respected our wishes and we were able to spend his last ours with him in peace. We will be forever grateful for the show of love and respect that we received from them. This establishment by far is a cut above the rest and you can trust and be assured that they will do everything humanly possible to give your loved ones the care that they need.

As a resident of Patapsco Valley Center the nursing and center staff does a excellent job with providing me care. The staff is very respectful, professional and attentive when caring for my needs. To my surprise the food has been excellent during my staff breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food is healthy as well as tasty. The food taste like the food I would make in my own home. Initially it was hard for me to adjust with being away from my family but the center staff has made me feel comfortable. It feels like a second home.
