Excellent business with very friendly staff. Reagan at the front desk was amazing getting me checked in for my first laser hair removal appointment. Ashley and Kimberly were very informative and gentle during the procedure.

The services are great, as are the practitioners who apply/inject them. I have, however, never had a call returned as expected; I have to follow up. Sometimes the calls go to the other North Raleigh office. I know pandemic has discombobulated a lot of things, but I have no assurance that any voicemail I leave for the Capital Center location will be returned.

Great, first experience! The front desk staff (Tiffany, Regan, and Alison) are friendly and made me feel welcomed.
Though I'm a man, I thought I owed it to myself to do get a facial chemical peel to preserve my appearance...and scrub off C19.
