I must say I'm a hard critic. I will and can find things to say. However I've been a customer/patient for about 3 years now watching the staff at Asthma & Allergy Associates always perform and deliver at an optimal performance. Nonetheless I want to thank each and every single one for getting me where I'm at today and never disappoint. I've seen them perform under very busy stressful moments and still get the task at hand delivered not skipping a beat. Sincerely thank you for what you do Dr. Ubals, Natalia,Carolina and Janet for going above your normal duties and still have a positive attitude while still accommodating myself and others.
We had a great experience visiting doctor Nunez and his team. The reason was my 3yo’s check up. When we came at the front desk, I found out that I forgot referral at home! Receptionist immediately requested it from our primary doctor’s office which is saved a lot of my nerves. Waiting time was a little bit long (like every other doctors office) but not critical. However, everything went fast in exam room. All the nurses were extremely nice and took their time to read all the medical history. Doctor Nunez and his helper went above and beyond answering all my questions, and I usually have a lot.
To finish my review, just wanted to say that I’ve visited 3 allergists before and this one was my best experience. Definitely coming back!
