OMG where do I begin!! Linda at the front desk and the owner Kelly are so wonderful!! All his units are so clean and beautiful! I lease 2 climate controlled units for my personal use for my business and Kelly went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure I was comfortable and safe coming in and out!! I have transformed the unit to work inside as I need to creating and I couldn’t be more satisfied! With stellar customer service & top notch security you will NOT be disappointed renting here! I also have a parking space I rent for my work truck too!! 10 STARS!! I would highly recommend Northwestern Storage!! More than a storage! :) I will be renting more here and ONLY here for sure!!

We have used this storage place several times over the course of our move and it is always clean and the folks are always wonderful. It’s nice that it is now a Penske pick up point as well. A+ for customer service.
