My experience at her office was as painfree as possible. Her staff was friendly, professional and efficient from insurance to billing to assisting Dr. Southard. Dr Southard herself was incredibly gentle yet thorough. Unlike my experience elsewhere, I only had minimal discomfort once the anesthetic wore off. That was a pleasant, welcome surprise.

Had a root canal revision yesterday. Can't even tell it was done today. No pain whatsoever. The staff was comforting and Dr. Southard explained everything in detail during the first visit to after it was completed. Thank you for making a nervous patient feel at ease.

Nobody wants a root canal, but if you have to get one go here. She was super fast. It only took her about 30 minutes. No pain the next day either. They even called the next day to check on me. Who does that?

I've had bad dental experiences since I was a young child.
My dentis referred me to Dr Laurie Southard for a root canal, that had been going on for a while I was petrified & in pain my mind was racing in all different directions.
But to my surprise Dr Laurie Southard & her staff made me feel comfortable & at ease answereing all my concerns.

I’ve never had a root canal before. I’ve had bad dental experiences since I was a kid. I went into her office so scared and nervous I almost back out. With her help and kind chair side manner, I walked out of her office without pain. And the procedure wasn’t bad at all! If ever I need another root canal, she’ll be my first call. Top notch all the way, and this is my second day after. No pain!
