Neil Solze took great care of us. He had excellent customer service and was very personable. He got us in and out quickly. We even forgot a few things in the office on accident,and Neil called us right as we were pulling out to let us know. Can’t beat the service here. We will definitely be using this location again!

Renting a car was so easy. You literally call or go online and reserve a car. Walk in, a few initials, a signature, insurance, and BAM... They pull the car to the front, give you the keys and you're out! I was literally in and out within minutes. They have a GREAT selection of cars too! And good rates. I'm definitely renting again. Soon!!!

I work for the State of Texas. I'm always on the go! I've done business in the past with Enterprise and was always satisfied. The staff at this particular office was professional and courteous.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with both renting a car and car sales. I rented a car through the Carrollton location after totaling my vehicle and was told about their car sales division. Shoutout to Emily S. for that recommendation. When dealing with car sales, I was sent to Sean and I can't say enough great things about him. He was so helpful and listened to my brother and I drone on and on. He found me some absolutely fantastic cars. Their prices were a little out of my price range but Sean was so gracious and not like your "typical" car salesman that I wanted to increase my budget JUST to buy a car from him. Thank you, Emily and Sean, for making this stressful time so much more enjoyable. Do yourself a favor and check them out!
