Excellent customer service! We were looking for a guest room mattress and Kenan was the consumate professional from start to finish. He made the process easy and comfortable. He explained store policies in great detail. We got a good product at a great price. Very satisfied!

It was my first time in this store and I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service I received from beginning to end! My salesman, Keenan, was professional, very knowledgeable and kind. I walked with 3 beds!!! The Labor sale is awesome! I'll be back and I told my friend and she bought 1 bed set today! Honestly, Keenan made the difference.

I was shopping around for a new mattress for my guess bedroom and stopped by Mattress Firm to see what Labor Day Sales they had going on. Due to the pandemic most of the stores I visited had only one salesperson manning the store. In my case it was Darryl. He was very pleasant and professional during the sales process. After trying out multiple mattresses and getting a price on them, I was going to leave and continue to comparison shop alittle more. Darryl sense that he had a serious buyer and not someone that was just kicking the tires therefore, he made me an offer I could not refuse. The End!

I had a great experience today. I walked in and was greeted nicely by Paul . I had bought a bed about 4 years ago. My base to my bed had quit working. I hadn’t bought the extended warranty. I explained this to the salesperson that greeted me .So I asked him if he could help me in anyway. He went out of his way to give me the lowest price possible.I truly appreciate what he did for me.
