The front desk manager, the medical assistants, and the Doctor were so kind. Thankful for such an amazing urgent care right in the neighborhood. Highly recommend!

The staff are polite and helpful and I was in and out in about 20 minutes. I was there for a COVID test. There’s a website you need to check in through on your phone from your car (info on the front door), then get a verification code from the front desk (or maybe I could have called to get it), take a quick video call from the car with the doctor, then go in for the nasal swab. I appreciate all the thought and careful planning.

Great place to visit for COVID-19 testing. I contacted the clinic, had a telehealth screening with a primary care provider, and was approved for a COVID-19 PCR test. I drove to the clinic, called the front desk from my car, and staff immediately met me at the door. Once inside the clinic, it just took a few minutes to have my nasal swab taken. Overall, I really appreciated how organized, efficient, and courteous the staff was at this location. I highly recommend this CareNow location for anyone interested in COVID-19 testing.
