Stretch Zone Mandarin

Loved it, Betsy is very good at her job. She made me feel very comfortable, and I felt a lot better from when I walked in.

Update: I wish I could give Stretch Zone 10 stars. I've had three spine surgeries in the past, and in the last few months I got really bad with sciatica going from my lower back to my left butt cheek. My spine doctor gave me an epidural injection and that was not helpful, the next thing he wanted to talk about was surgery, but I told him I had to really think about it because I did not want any more spine surgeries, and then I found out about Stretch Zone, made an appointment and went in to talk to Betsy in the Mandarin location, and let me tell you, it was the best thing I did, because after six session my really bad sciatica was gone. So, Stretch Zone, thank you so much for making me feel like me again.

Caroline was amazing! I went to Stretch Zone Mandarin for the first time today. My stretch practitioner Caroline did a wonderful job explaining the process and what to expect. I tend to get shoulder and neck pain. She focused on those areas as well as some of my lower body. I felt looser than I have been in a long time as soon as I left. I am signing up for more sessions because it’s totally worth it.

The millennials are superb! Love the reasons why I am being stretched told to me as I am on the table. The straps make the stretch even better for me!
