Highly recommend! Ilka cut my hair and it turned out great! The salon was professional, clean, and over all a super nice environment. The stylists are highly skilled, friendly, and the pricing is good! Will definitely be getting my hair done here from now on.

I had a very nice experience at Get gorgeous. Ebony was great and had a very positive attitude. She is VERY knowledgable of hair. She took her time with me and made me feel like I could conquer the world when I left her chair. The shop owner and staff we very kind. The shop is very clean and very well organized. OK Ladies (and Gentlemen) if you haven't checked out Get Gorgeous Salon and Spa yet, you need to. I'm African American with short natural hair and have been going to Ebony for about 5 years. My girl can do wonders with whatever is growing out of your head! She is incredibly talented and creative and really understands how to make a client look their best. She is skilled in weaves, clip ins, braids, knots AND makeup! Not only that but she is the sweetest human being on the planet. Ilka, the owner and transplant from Brooklyn NY, will keep you in stitches with her energetic and fun personality. She too is very talented as I've watched her work her magic on all kinds of clients. All people are welcome here as both clients and stylists make everyone feel right at home.

I scheduled a haircut with Get Gorgeous as a brand-new client. As a beauty professional (makeup artist), I have worked with several stylists in the Twin Cities community and have had my hair serviced by some great ones... and I can honestly say that the haircut and client experience Ilka at Get Gorgeous provided was the best cut and experience I have EVER had!
I often have a hard time explaining what I want, and even when I show photos, I usually walk a way with cuts that are good but not great. I told Ilka in what I hoped was a clear way the kind of look I was going for, but also told her that she could do what she thought worked best for my hair and face. She gave me a conditioning treatment and then began to cut and style, and used techniques I hadn't seen before but that left my hair with more movement, softness, and shape than it has literally ever had.
On top of the best haircut of my life, Ilka was warm, funny, friendly, and professional. The whole salon and the entire staff was incredibly welcoming, and even though it was my very first time, I felt completely comfortable and as though I belonged.
I will be recommending Get Gorgeous to everyone, and will be coming back at the first opportunity!
