I've always heard that if, you want something done, ask a busy person !!! That statement could not have been truer when I sold my home in Birdneck Point, with Katie Zarpas. I've lived in Virginia Beach for most of my life, so when it was time to sell my house I did not know Katie Zarpas even though we lived close. I received numerous advertisements from all kinds of realtors but Katie's name and Long & Foster and Christie's International kept coming up. I researched all the agents to see who sold the most houses for the best prices then chose for myself from that information. I was a newly divorced mother of two that really had no idea what it would take to sell or buy a house on my own. Katie made it happen !!! She guided me through with all of her energy and enthusiasm, , it was actually fun. I'm not kidding we really had a good time, I absolutely love her assistant Mary, the two of them made selling and buying a new home effortless. Katie did all of the negotiating which I did not understand nor think to ask for things. Whether it was $100 or thousands of dollars she had my back and negotiated every part of the sale.
