David and his team were amazing to work with. I purchased a new home and he was incredibly knowledgable about the HOA / warranty rules, and recommend beautiful designs. I never felt pressured by a sales pitch or felt like I was getting ripped off. The blinds were ceiling mounted, which I had never encountered before, and came out very clean and provided the right amount of privacy. Install was professional, quick, and clean. He worked with my budget and even ordered a replacement when the blinds weren't as room-darkening as I had hoped post-installation. Could not have asked for a more smooth and positive experience.

I am particularly impressed as my project took place during the Covid 19 shutdown and David, the owner was personally keeping me up to date and helped me select an additional window covering by pictures and emails. Susan, our scheduler kept me informed as dates for installation changed due to the shut down. Dan, my installer, helped me get my app set up. Not only is the product high quality and attractive but the help with selecting the right product to create window coverings to provide our floating home with a perfect balance for us to take advantage of our spectacular views but provide privacy when needed.
